Referral Process Overview
- Referral is assigned to a member of our recruiting team.
- An email will be sent to you from the assigned recruiter that will be handling your referral. Please feel free to reach out to them with any pertinent information regarding your referral at any time.
- An email will be sent to you once your referral has an interview scheduled with an STG recruiter.
- You will be notified once your referral is hired at STG
- If your referral is not hired immediately, they will be added to our pipeline of potential hires for future projects. Our recruiters are highly trained at maintaining relationships with their candidates so that they can find the right project at STG for them.
